Registration info and fees
The dates and times are given in the UTC+3 timezone.

The registration deadline is June 17, 2025.
The conference fee includes the following: academic program, coffee/tea breaks, welcome reception and gala dinner.
The cost of the conference dinner for the accompanying person is 100€ (purchase deadline June 26, 2025 12:00 UTC+3).
Please note that the conference will not offer any financial support, including coverage for registration fees, airfare, or accommodation, under any circumstances.
Please note that photographs may be taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of these images in event-related materials and public communications.
CANCELLATION TERMS
All cancellations must be sent in a written way to the Conference Secretariat: ime2025@ut.ee
The following refund policy applies in case of cancellation:
- 100% Refund: If cancellation notice is received by May 15, 2025 (excluding bank transfer fees).
- 50% Refund: If cancellation notice is received between May 16 and June 10, 2025 (excluding bank transfer fees).
- No Refund: If cancellation notice is received after June 10, 2025.
